Instructions

Carefully fill out all of the information in the form on the left. Accuracy is very important. If we are doing Airborne Measurements, we will fly to the coordinates of the antenna that you provide.

Be sure to check the type of work you would like performed. There are two main types and possible subtypes under each. Work is either Theoretical or Measured. If it is measured, then be sure to check the type of measurements you desire.

Enter your station billing information.

Enter the person's name who is authorizing the work, their phone number, an alternate number like a cell phone, their FAX number, and their email address.

Select the type of payment. We except VISA and MasterCard or a company check. For Airborne work (measured) we require a 50% deposit prior to us traveling to your site.

When all your information has been entered, Click on Submit to send us your order. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with a proposed schedule and cost information.
